Spectrum Computer Corp. works hard to ensure that every item we offer is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed . In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable to ship after 72 hours, we will inform you with further information.

We accept the following payment methods:   PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express credit cards for all purchases.

Orders shipping to the following countries must use PayPal as the payment method when purchasing from the Spectrum Computer Corp. web site: Indonesia, Mauritius, Morocco, Nigeria, Romania, Tunisia, Turkey and Vietnam


Shipping:

Spectrum Computer Corp. strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 1-2 working days. 

Our primary carrier is Federal Express (FedEx), but we also ship United Parcel Service (USPS). Please review our shipping options and policies, and plan your purchases accordingly. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or may be constrained on our shipping options.

Insurance:  All orders over $100.00 must be insured.

Alternate Carriers or Special Handling:  If you need to specify an alternate shipping method or some other type of special handling for your order, please call us.

Oversized or Overweight Shipments:  Shipments whose dimensions or weight exceed our normal freight services are subject to additional charges and limitations that vary by product, location, and freight receiving facilities at the ship to address.

Signature and Physical Address:  All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We do not ship to a post office box.

Rerouting:  Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.

Special Shipping Offers:  Special shipping offers may supersede these policies.


Advanced Warranty Exchange: 

If the item is still under warranty, per your request, we can send a replacement item to you before you return the defective item to us. Defective item must return within 14 days after RMA number is issued or you will be billed for the replacement item. Defective item must be in original condition with warranty seals still intact. Not all items is available for Advanced Warranty Exchange. Please contact us to confirm.


Trade-in: 

New purchase will be sold as full price.  We will give you credit/refund when received your trade-in.  Trade-in item must be in resaleable or reuseable (as in parts) condition.  Trade-in must be received within 14 days with RMA number.   


Return:
 

All returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase for refunds or exchanges. Items must be in original condition include all shipped parts, accessories, inserts, etc. - with warranty seals still intact and accompanied by a valid RMA number.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied, unless an item is confirmed by us to be defective. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
 
Defective items return after 14 days will be repaired or exchanged under warranty. 

No refunds or exchanges will be given if items return after 14 days from date of purchase.
 
No returns will be accept if items that are broken or damage either from mishandling or shipping.  Insurance is strongly recommended as Spectrum Computer Corp. assumes no liability for any damages that caused by shipping.   

Customer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. 

We will need the following information to authorize your return:

· Customer name
· Customer number
· Invoice number or order number
· Item serial number(s)
· The number of items being returned
· Nature of the problem 


Cancelling an order:                

Orders placed on Spectrum Computer Corp. website cannot be canceled online. In the event you wish to cancel an order which has been placed, please call:  714-799-7345, or email: order@spectrumdrive.com ASAP. If the order has already shipped, once received, contact us for an RMA number to return the item.  

Please refer to our return policy above to return an item to us.


Warranty: 

Spectrum Computer Corp. warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, those items judged by us to be defective. Replaced items are warranted for the balance of the original 90 days warranty. 

This warranty policy does not apply to any products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), accident, improper installation, improper packaging of products returned to Spectrum Computer Corp.
